  •  DEPOSIT TO SCHEDULE MIRKA’S TRIP: $250 non-refundable

  •  PRIVATE LESSONS: $50/hour plus travel fee and lodging fee (details bellow)

  •  GROUP LESSONS: 2 participants $40/hour/participant, 3 participants $30/hour/participant plus travel fee and lodging fee (details bellow)

  •  4-hour MINI-CLINIC (2 days-8hours total): $200 per participant plus travel fee and lodging fee. Minimum 8 participants, maximum 12. TOPICS - Liberty (beginner, intermediate and advanced), Posture Focused Training on the Ground (working on the line) or Ridden (riding with contact), Bridleless Riding (beginner, intermediate and advanced), Confidence with Obstacles (includes trailer loading). 

  •  TRAVEL FEE: $0.5/mile split among all participants for drivable distance (maximum an 8-hour drive) or airfare covered.

  •  LODGING FEE: $100/night split among participants. No lodging fee will be applied if housing is provided by the host on the property.

  •  PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION: $350/2 hours, 30 professionally edited digital photos. Must be scheduled outside the time of the clinic/lessons.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A 2 day 4-hour Mini-Clinic (8-12 participants), or 3x8-hour days of private or group lessons. Or a combination of those, for example a one day 4-hour Mini-Clinic ($100/participant plus travel&lodging fees) along with one 8-hour day of private lessons. Extra days for Mini-Clinics as well as Lessons may be available but must be scheduled ahead of time to guarantee them.  


CANCELATIONS POLICY: Mirka’s trip will be scheduled along with two make up dates available, just in case of any emergencies, bad weather or sickness. If Mirka cannot make either of those dates, she will refund the host the $250 deposit and will offer different dates for rescheduling.  A $20 fee will be applied for any lessons and $60 per a 4-hour Mini-clinic spot canceled less than 60 days prior to the trip. Cancelations of lessons or clinic spots less than 30 days prior to the trip, will be required to be paid in full, unless a replacing paying participant is found to cover the costs.


PAYMENTS: Can me paid via Paypal – or via a check made to Equine Foundations, mailed to 6065 County Road 55 , Columbia, AL 36319. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE TRIP or at the time of scheduling it if it is less than 60 days till the trip.


FACILITY REQUIREMENTS: Indoor arena is strongly suggested (it helps prevent cancelations and rescheduling due to bad weather) but is not required. Arena fees, stall fees, RV hook up fees, shavings etc… are not included in Mirka’s fees and will be paid directly to the host. The facility must be big enough to accommodate all participants.
